温州国际设计双年展（后简称“双年展”）2016年至2023年，第一届到第四届是由中共温州市委宣传部、浙江安防职业技术学院联合主办，2024年第五届起由浙江安防职业技术学院独立主办。两年一届，分为优秀作品展、设计交流集市、设计讲坛（沙龙）等板块，集展览、集市、学术交流于一体。旨在展现和推广前沿设计理念和设计表达，注重设计与文化、科技、时尚、产业、经济的融合创新，促进创新成果的推广与转化，探讨设计支撑产业高质量发展之路。自2016年首届双年展成功举办，历时8年，已连续成功举办四届。通过展赛不断加深温州设计与外界的交流、与世界的链接。进一步彰显温州文化互联共通、包容万象的品质与格局，成为世界了解温州文化的平台。

    The Wenzhou International Design Biennale (hereinafter referred to as the "Biennale") was jointly hosted by the Propaganda Department of the Wenzhou Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China and Zhejiang Security Vocational and Technical College from 2016 to 2023. Starting from the fifth edition in 2024, it was independently hosted by Zhejiang Security Vocational and Technical College. It is held every two years and is divided into sections such as Excellent Works Exhibition, Design Exchange Market, and Design Forum, integrating exhibitions, markets, and academic exchanges. The aim is to showcase and promote cutting-edge design concepts and design expressions, emphasizing the integration and innovation of design with culture, technology, fashion, industry, and economy, promoting the promotion and transformation of innovative achievements, and exploring the path to high-quality development of the design supporting industry. Since the first biennial exhibition was successfully held in 2016, it has lasted for 8 years and has been successfully held for three consecutive sessions. Continuously deepen the communication between Wenzhou design and the outside world and connect with the world through exhibitions and competitions. Further demonstrate the quality and pattern of Wenzhou's interconnected and inclusive culture, becoming a platform for the world to understand Wenzhou culture.
